I love this hike. It is very family friendly and perfect for anyone, even those that are handicapped. It is a paved hike (walk) all the way going through beautiful gardens and small historical buildings with history stories all throughout. They also have a little shuttle bus to take you to the waterfall and back to the main entrance. Let's walk!!!
Before getting to the ticket booth you will pass a beautiful garden filled with several peacocks. They are such beautiful birds and they're kept here to protect them. Once in you will enjoy a gorgeous walk. My girls love doing this hike cause there's a waterfall in the end and it's paved so that means no climbing or tripping over roots, rocks, and other obstacles made by mother nature. Once at the waterfall just go to the lifeguard to grab a life jacket and enjoy the waterfall. Don't forget to stop by the souvenir store on your way out and check out their wall of movies that were filmed here such as The Jungle Book, The Hunger Games, and many many more.
